The service was excellent, the food and drinks were the best quality I've seen. The rooms were very nice and clean, the safety is one of the hotels top priority. The staff are very caring about every customer.

We went for the food only and it was delicious. Our server was polite, but it took a little too long for the food to be prepared. The prices were fair. The food was good and I would return..just don't go if you are short on time.
It’s a decent hotel. But I feel like it’s a bit pricey for what you get compared to other hotels in the area. It’s literally one of the first main hotels as you cross over the border so I think that’s why they have higher prices. But after my second time of going to Mexico, I found other better hotels for cheaper price. I’ll give this one a solid four out of five stars. Nonetheless I had a great time while I was here!!

Pet friendly! Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with my two dogs and had a very comfortable and enjoyable time. Every staff member is SO NICE! Manuel greeted us like an old friend every time he saw me, was super helpful in getting us to our room and taking care of the car. Rooms are small but clean, very comfortable beds! Water pressure in the shower isn’t strong. The restaurant inside is phenomenal and I would gladly eat there every day of my stay, for every meal. They open early and stay open late. Victor was so attentive and kind! Really delicious food and a great atmosphere. I will be coming back to this hotel every time I stay in Nogales, no doubt about it.
I didn't stay there. I went to a sweet sixteen celebration. The bar and the event room were top notch. The whole staff, from the front desk to the valet parking to the bar tenders and waiters, were all exceptional in their service and courtesy.
